Free shipping

Shipping is free on every order, with tracking.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Add Express Processing at checkout to have your order processed within 24 hours.

Delivery time

Once shipped, orders usually arrive within 7–15 business days depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, customs or public holidays.

Tracking

You’ll receive an email with your tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Customs and import duties

Any customs duties or import taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within 25 business days of shipping, or tracking shows it has been lost, email hello@roven360.com with your order number and we’ll send a replacement or refund.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we’ll update it if your order hasn’t shipped yet.
