Overview

This website is operated by ROVEN360. Throughout these Terms of Service, "we", "us" and "our" refer to ROVEN360. By visiting our website, creating an account or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies linked in them, including our Refund policy, Shipping policy and Privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the website.

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Payments are processed by our payment providers, and we don't store your full card details.

1. Using our website

You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order. You agree to give us accurate information when you order and to keep your account details secure. You may not use our website or products for any unlawful purpose, or try to interfere with the website, its security or other users.

2. Our products

ROVEN360 trackers (Orbit, Meow, Woof and Slim) are Bluetooth trackers that work with either Apple Find My (iPhone, iPad or Mac) or Google Find Hub (Android 9 or later), connected to one account at a time.

• They are not GPS trackers and don't have a SIM card. A tracker's location updates when a compatible phone in the Find My or Find Hub network passes nearby. How often it updates depends on how many compatible devices are around, so updates can be slow or unavailable in remote areas.
• We don't guarantee that a lost item, pet or vehicle will be found, or how quickly its location will update.
• Find My and Find Hub are run by Apple and Google, not by us. Their availability, features and terms are controlled by them and may change.
• Battery life is an estimate and depends on use. Batteries are replaceable consumables.
• Colours on screen may look slightly different from the real product. Please check sizes, compatibility and setup requirements on the product page before you order.

Apple, iPhone and Find My are trademarks of Apple Inc. Android and Find Hub are trademarks of Google LLC. ROVEN360 is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, Apple or Google.

3. Responsible use

ROVEN360 trackers are designed to help you find your own belongings and pets. You must not use them to track a person without their knowledge and consent, or to track anyone else's property without permission. Doing so may be illegal. Apple and Google may alert people when an unknown tracker is travelling with them. We may refuse or cancel orders where we reasonably believe a product will be misused.

Our trackers are not safety devices. Don't rely on them to protect a person, pet or property, or in an emergency.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). We may change prices, products and offers at any time, but changes won't affect orders we've already accepted. Any customs duties or import taxes charged by your country are your responsibility, as explained in our Shipping policy.

If a product is listed at the wrong price or with wrong information because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after it has been placed.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may limit or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable, we suspect fraud, or the order seems to be placed by a reseller. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

6. Discounts, bundles and free gifts

• Discount codes can't be exchanged for cash and are subject to the terms shown with them, such as one use per customer or an expiry date.
• Bundle savings apply automatically in the cart.
• Free gifts, such as the bonus magnetic case and keychain, are available while stocks last and have no cash value.
• We may end or change an offer at any time. This won't affect orders already placed.

7. Express Processing

Express Processing means we process your order within 24 hours instead of 1–3 business days. It doesn't change the carrier's delivery time. You can add it in your cart, or after you order using the link in your order confirmation email: within 60 minutes of ordering at the reduced price, or up to 12 hours after ordering at the standard price. After that, it can't be added. Express Processing fees aren't refundable once your order has been processed, unless your item was faulty, damaged or incorrect.

8. Shipping, returns and our guarantee

Shipping is covered by our Shipping policy. Returns, refunds and our 90-day guarantee for faulty, damaged or incorrect items are covered by our Refund policy.

9. Your content

If you send us feedback, photos, reviews or other content, you give us permission to use it to run and promote our business. You confirm it's yours to share, is accurate, and isn't unlawful or offensive.

10. Intellectual property

The website and its content, including text, images, videos, logos and designs, belong to ROVEN360 or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

11. Third-party services and links

Our website and products rely on third-party services such as Shopify, our payment providers, carriers, Apple Find My and Google Find Hub. We aren't responsible for their services, websites or policies.

12. Disclaimer

To the extent allowed by law, our website and products are provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise that the website will always be available or error-free, or that a tracker will always show a location.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, ROVEN360 is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including the loss, theft or damage of any item, pet or vehicle a tracker is attached to. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the price you paid for that product.

14. Your consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or changes any rights you have under the consumer laws that apply to you and that can't legally be excluded. If those laws give you more rights than these Terms, those rights apply.

15. Indemnity

You agree to compensate ROVEN360 for any claims, losses or costs that result from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our products, including using a tracker to track a person without their consent.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. This doesn't take away any protection you have under the consumer laws of the place where you live.
